주한 미군 부대 군납 업체로, 미국 규정 *Federal standard No. 236A. 13 Mar 69 : Cleaning and renovating of Cotton Felted.에 맞춘 고온 열처리가 가능한 매트리스 멸균기(Dry oven heating system)가 설비되어 있습니다.

수년간 미군 부대 소속 군인들과 그 가족들이 사용하는 매트리스를 멸균, 리폼(수리 및 보수), 세탁 그리고 가구 수리와 소파 천갈이, 카펫 세탁, 미군 텐트 수리와 세탁을 해왔습니다.

*Federal standard No. 236A, 13 Mar 69 : Cleaning and renovating of Cotton Felted.
Type 1 : Cleaning.
Type 2 : Renovation of mattress and bed springs.
1 - 세탁 : 수거 - 세탁 - 멸균 - 납품
2 - 리폼 : 수거 - 멸균 - 리폼 (수리 및 보수) - 납품

*Work Process
Each mattress received shall be sterilized in accordance with Fed. Std. No. 236A. Purpose of sterilization is to kill all bacteria (pathogenic and non-pathogenic) and all living matter. Chemical gas such as formaldehyde is not an acceptable method of sterilization and cannot be used.  
수거한 매트리스는 'Federal standard No. 236A.'규정에 따라서 모든 박테리아와 살아있는 균을 박멸하기 위한 용도의 멸균기기에서 살균하게 됩니다. 포름알데히드와 같은 화학가스는 사용하지 않습니다.
